Ganzerik

Potentilla is a grateful perennial whose wild ancestors hail from the mountain regions of the western Himalayas. Although it is a smaller plant, it can really shine in the garden. Its delicate flowers attract pollinators and give the space a relaxed, natural look.

There used to be a great many garden varieties that passionate breeders dedicated themselves to. Many of them haven't survived to this day, but thankfully, the most resilient and interesting ones have found their way into our gardens. Potentilla is perfect for mixed perennial beds, where it seamlessly fills the space between taller species.

It is a plant that loves sunny spots and well-drained soil. It doesn't require complex care and handles dry spells well. It fits into the flower bed quite naturally and will bring you joy year after year without needing much attention.
